All Brodie’s internal security requirements were satisfied as users were entered on the system with their own passwords and security settings. Within a week, eMeritus was up and running and Brodies were entering claims information into the system. The document management component of the system has been used from the beginning, effectively removing the need for a paper-based office. All post is scanned in early in the morning and linked to the relevant claim, thereby accelerating both accuracy and throughput.
