McAlpine can then reduce these risks by analysing which work groups are vulnerable or how many outstanding claims there are on any particular project.   David also uses eMeritus  to see how the claims processing and legal staff are progressing their claims, how many they have processed that day and how many they have closed. He can reassign claims to different staff and track activities on a minute-by-minute basis.
